Today was the first time i rode a motorcycle that was not a crotch rocket. I'm planning on moving into the world of dualsport motorcycles. thanks to Mortans BMW of Fredericksburg VA, i had the chance to ride a few today. the average temp was around 45 F. the heated grips on all the GS models made it bearable.  the addition of large brush guards cut the wind around your hands even more. when i took the Sertão out the snow started falling. in short order the visor of my helmet was not only completely fogged but also covered in snow. flipping it up proved helpful until my glasses did the same. it was a cold few files and the falling snow stung my face. i still had a great time. and hope to obtain one of these fine machines soon.
